Devereaux Cottage on Lake Willoughby This beautifully restored camp sits right on the lake with a dock and a beach. The camp located on a private lane in a private location with a 150 ft water front is a rare opportunity to rent at Willoughby. A large screened in porch overlooking the lake is an ideal place for family dinners and relaxation. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 double bed and 2 queen. A full bath downstairs and ½ bath on the 2nd floor. The kitchen is fully equipped. We recommend bottled water but tap water is filtered from a good spring. In the living room is a propane fireplace if needed. We provide satellite TV, DVD player, Internet, a stereo system and land line telephone. Propane outdoor grill and a canoe for your use. There limited use (due to spring water) with a washing machine and dryer. You provide all bedding which includes, pillows, blankets, sheets and towels. Outside is a small dock for launching canoes, kayaks or swimming. Boathouse is open for your use. We provide 1 canoe and 2 kayaks. Cottage occupies 6 people. Availability in June and September. Weekly rental rate is $3,400, Plus 10% Sales Tax, $125 Booking fee, $175 cleaning fee, no garbage, $500 security deposit
