Birches on the Brook

Birches on the Brook is a well designed home for family use and

very safe for children to be outside.  The Brook that sits below

the home is a year round running brook and you can catch brook

trout and landlocked salmon in.  The Walk down the driveway to

a level 25' grassy access to the water with a beach is easy to

navigate.  The main floor consists of all the social space, Private

sitting room with fireplace.  Open family room, kitchen and dining

are on the main floor.  ½ bath also.  There are 4 bedrooms. 3

bedrooms on the 2nd floor with a master bed and bath and a

social bathroom. The bonus room on the 3rd floor will be a fun

place for kids to hang out if the weather is bad.  The interior has

a Natural wood and sheet rock walls with maple flooring.  For

the winter there is a Vermont Casting propane stove in dining area & a granite fireplace with propane insert in family room.

Beautiful tall wooden windows to appreciate the total privacy and natural wonder of your secluded retreat on the hill. Screened

in porch overlooking the brook.  A very private location yet nearby all the community activities.

Amenities:  washer, dryer, complete kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffee maker and other small appliances.

Bed sizes – Master – 1 king, Bedroom 2 – 1 full, 2 twins, Bedroom 3 – 1 full, Bedroom in 3rd level – 4 twins.

Covid control – no linens, pillows, blankets will be provided.  No bathing or swimming towels will be provided.  This might change so please contact Carol before arriving.  Sheets and towels can be rented if you desire.  Carol will provide costs if requested.

No beach equipment provided. TV and Internet provided. Parking best for 3 cars and maybe 4.

Weekly Rental Rate-  $ 1,800 Plus 9% VT Sales Tax, $150 cleaning fee, $125 Booking and garbage fee

$500 refundable security deposit
